This was a bit of a surprise - a rather delicious rosé/Blanc de Noir 2023 from Chateau Changyu-Moser XV @changyumoserxv and @lenz_m_moser in China 💕

This Helman Mountain Range (very delicate) pink is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes 🍇 and has a really attractive fruit profile of raspberry, peach 🍑 citrus 🍋‍🟩 and strawberry 🍓 with the 14.5% alcohol well hidden but doubtless responsible for a pleasing suppleness on the palate. From a great vintage in Ningxia (west of Beijing) this is dry, characterful and well worth trying - it’s made by Austrian winemaker Lenz Moser. Available from @ocadouk £19 (though not this exact vintage) and mine was a #gift
