At Château Changyu Moser XV, we take one of the world’s most iconic red grape varieties and transform it into something unexpected: Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir.

The secret is precision. The grapes are pressed gently and quickly, with minimal contact between the juice and the dark skins. This allows us to capture the freshness, structure and character of Cabernet Sauvignon without extracting its red colour.

The result is a white wine with a completely different expression of the grape — fresh, elegant, distinctive and unmistakably Ningxia.
